Great stay

Really good location walking distance to the Baywalk and main street with bars and restaurants. Wi-fi was very fast makes a change for Palawan! Room was nice with a balcony and unlimited free cold drinking water was a bonus. The man who works in the hotel is excellent he's really friendly, gives great advice and the best tips on places to go. He even gave us a free lift to the main street so we knew where we were going.

No fridge in the room but no biggy.

Half hotel-Half Pensión

Location and big room with terrace. Outside looking it is like ship shape! :)

Quite old, breakfast wasn’t really good and a bit dirty breakfast area. It was quite difficult to find the staff in reception, but nice people when we did!

Amazing owners, nice rooms

Free airport pick up! The owner was very accommodating. I hurt my foot and they brought breakfast to our room and helped us arrange tours and transportation. They were so nice! The room was clean and big. I would definitely recommend this place

Close to airport

WiFi in rooms was good Room was spacious Family staff were very friendly and can book tours through them. Speak good English

Lots of ants in the bedroom - had a line coming in from one side wall up to the ceiling across the room to the far wall. Ants in the corridor by tea and coffee Ants in the breakfast area - tables are wiped down with dry cloth not cleaned. Breakfast consisted of a single salty egg each and then help yourself to toast. Unfortunately the first morning the bread was covered in ants so our included breakfast was 1 egg and tiny banana. Reading reviews and ratings it seems staff treat people differently. Some people have more substantial breakfasts and offers of airport pickup however we had neither Location is close to the airport - 5/10mins by tricycle. However there is nothing else there when you arrive it’s just the shipping port. So if you want food or drinks you have to walk 25mins to the shopping centre. There is no nice beach nearby. The closest is 45mins by tricycle (hotel recommended) If like us you plan to fly into PP town and do the underground river before heading to El Nido we recommend not staying in PP town, it’s not nice and nothing to do. Stay nearer to Honda Bay.

Excellent

facilities, comfort and cleanliness of place are beyond expectations. they clean the room everyday which is good as it takes away the exhaustion after a whole day tour. breakfast was good and well balanced meal, and on time which is important as the tours start at 7am. they offer a storage for your luggage after check.out time so you can still go around the city before your departure time. and the best part of their service is: Alex, ( the owner's son and manages the place at daytime) brought us to the airport with their van.

It was okay! It could be better.

I like how nice staffs are! And even gave us free lift back to the airport

There’s a sign on the door handle saying do not disturb which I’m pretty sure they shouldn’t be cleaning the room even when we are away. Also I came with my partner and every time will go up for the dining facility for free breakfast I would have a full serving of food and my partner would just have a portion e.g i would have fish, rice and egg but my partner would only have a piece of fried egg. Same thing happened the next day so I asked if my partner could have a whole serving. I just find it weird. Although they clean the room all the time some area of the building I feel like it needs a bit of refurnishing such as the gym area. The wifi is not really good as well

Excellent customer service!

Great staff! I had a bug bite outside the hotel that swelled up hugely, they helped me get to a hospital and even bought me some coconut oil! Customer relations seem very important to them. They had a generator so constant brownouts were not an issue at all! Easy walk to baywalk and some restaurants, but get a tuktuk for La Terrasse and beyond or know you will walk 30+ min one way. Again, loved the staff. Tried to stay here again but they were fully booked! Would definitely recommend :) little bakery on ground floor had some nice sweet little snacks.

Be aware that the "bay view" is just some boats docked at a pier. Not actually a beach, but my fault for not researching.

Perfect staying!

The hotel is very well located, the rooms and bathrooms are clean, and comfortable beds. But the highlight of our stay was definitely the staff, Alexis was so nice, answered all our questions in the most fluent English, helped us to book tours, and gave us advices regarding the city restaurants/bars. Although it seems located in industrial area where is not...

Although it seems located in industrial area where is not much around but, 6-7 mins walk to Baywalk where has lots of sea food restaurants. Friendly family owned hotel, spacious room, comfortable bed, best shower in town, great bay view from roof top and free ride to airport. Great value, would love to come back again.
